GENERAL PROVISIONS
(A) The purpose of this chapter is to declare that any adverse or detrimental impact on the village environment is a public nuisance.
(B) This section declares that any violations of state or federal environmental protection acts or clean air and water acts, including the Solid Waste Management Act, Public Act 451 of 1994, being M.C.L.A. §§ 324.11501 et seq., and the Hazardous Waste Management Act, Public Act 451 of 1994, being M.C.L.A. §§ 324.11101 et seq., to be nuisances and to provide for the abatement of such nuisances and to provide for the assessment of all costs of the abatement of such nuisances.
