CHAPTER 95: MARINE SAFETY

The village adopts by reference M.C.L.A. §§ 324.80101 through 324.80104; M.C.L.A. §§ 324.80122 through 324.80124; M.C.L.A. § 324.80141; M.C.L.A. §§ 324.80144 through 324.80153; and M.C.L.A. §§ 324.80166 through 324.80172 of Part 801 of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, Public Act 451 of 1994 in their entirety.

§ 95.99 PENALTY.

Violations of the above sections shall constitute misdemeanors punishable by 93 days in jail, a fine of $500, or both.
