(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any owner or operator who is in violation of any of the provisions of § 70.01 of this chapter shall be fined pursuant to the following schedule:
Pounds Overweight | Fine |
Up to 1,000 | $25 |
1,001 to 2,000 | $0.03 per pound overweight |
2,001 to 5,000 | $0.05 per pound overweight |
5,001 to 7,500 | $0.07 per pound overweight |
7,501 or more | $0.10 per pound overweight |
(C) A violation of § 70.02 of this chapter shall be an infraction within the meaning of Idaho Code Title 49, Ch. 15.
