§ 70.01  OVERSIZED VEHICLES.
   (A)   All vehicles or combination of vehicles, other than school buses, having a gross weight of greater than 16,000 pounds shall not operate within the city without first obtaining a permit.
   (B)   The city or its designee shall have the authority to impose special or seasonal weight limits.
