§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   A person convicted of one or more of the listed rules and regulations of §§ 90.01 through 90.09 of this chapter shall be sentenced to pay a fine in the amount of:
         (a)   For a Class A violation: $500 per violation;
         (b)   For a Class B violation: $250 per violation; and
         (c)   For a Class C violation: $75 per violation.
      (2)   (a)   Anyone with grass carp in his or her possession, per § 90.02(A) of this chapter, will be fined $25 per fish.
         (b)   Any violation of § 90.02(C) of this chapter is a Class B violation.
         (c)   Any violation of § 90.02(D) of this chapter is a Class B violation.
         (d)   A violation of § 90.02(E) of this chapter is a Class C violation.
      (3)   A violation of § 90.03 of this chapter is a Class A violation.
      (4)   A violation of § 90.04 of this chapter is a Class C violation.
      (5)   A violation of § 90.05 of this chapter is a Class B violation.
      (6)   Any violation of § 90.06 of this chapter is a Class C violation.
      (7)   Any violation of § 90.07 of this chapter is a Class C violation.
      (8)   Any violation of § 90.08 of this chapter is a Class A violation.
      (9)   Any violation of § 90.09 of this chapter is a Class B violation.
