§ 90.01 ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   The Mayor of the city and his or her authorized designees (the County Sheriff’s office, State Fish and Wildlife and any other sworn law enforcement officers in the commonwealth) shall administer and enforce this subchapter.
   (B)   If the Mayor or any authorized designee finds the provisions of this subchapter are being violated, a citation or warrant is to be issued through District Court, including the County Attorney’s office. Said citation or warrant shall, through District Court, cause a hearing to be scheduled.
   (C)   The city will not be responsible for any lost items or damages to any vehicles, boats, trailers or personal belongings.
   (D)   All city ordinances apply to both Salem and McDougal Lakes, their waterways and any adjoining properties.
