(A) Fishing is permitted at both Salem Lake and McDougal Lake, except for grass carp fishing. If grass carp are caught, they must be returned to the water unharmed.
(B) All state fishing and boating laws apply on both lakes.
(C) No combustion motors are allowed on the water at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, outboard motors, generators or any other fuel-powered engines. The exception to this rule is for federal, state, local officials and emergency personnel. Only battery-powered motors and engines are allowed on the water.
(D) No combustible fuels or oil-based substances are allowed on the water at any time. Kerosene lanterns are permitted.
(E) No jug fishing, trout lines, minnow traps, netting or bow fishing is allowed at any time. Frog gigging is allowed pursuant state laws.
