§ 150.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall engage in any business, trade, or vocation for which a license, permit, certificate, or registration is required by this chapter, without having a valid license, permit, certificate, or certificate of registration as required, or who shall fail to do anything required by this chapter or by any code adopted by this chapter, or who shall otherwise violate any provision of the subchapters in this chapter or of any code adopted by this chapter, or who shall violate any lawful regulation or order made by any of the officers provided for in this chapter, shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.

      (2)   No penalty imposed by and pursuant to this chapter shall interfere with the right of the city also to apply to the proper courts of the state for a mandamus, an injunction, or other appropriate action against such person, firm, or corporation.

   (B)   A person who violates a provision of the Building Code or fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, or who erects, constructs, alters, repairs or removes, or has erected, constructed, altered, repaired, or removed a building or structure in violation of a detailed statement or plan submitted and approved thereunder or of a permit or certificate issued thereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined any sum as provided in § 10.99, including costs. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (C)   Any violations of the provisions of §§ 150.020 through 150.026, including violations of the International Plumbing Code shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99.

   (D)   Any violations of the provisions of §§ 150.040 through 150.047, including violations of the National Electrical Code shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99.

   (E)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 150.060 through 150.064 and refuses, within three days after notice given by the Plumbing Inspector, to comply with any of such provisions, shall be guilty of an offense and punished accordingly.

   (F)   Any violations of the provisions of §§ 150.075 through 150.081, including violations of the International Mechanical Code shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99.

   (G)   Any person who violates any provision of § 150.095 or fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof or who erects, constructs, or installs a swimming pool in violation of a detail statement or plans submitted and approved thereunder or a permit or certificate issued thereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor offense and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in Chapter 33, Appendix A of this code. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed as a separate offense.

   (H)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall engage in any business, trade, or vocation for which a license, permit, certificate, or registration is required by § 150.096, without having a valid license, permit, certificate, or registration as required, or who shall fail to do anything required by § 150.096 or by any code adopted by this city code, or who shall violate any lawful regulation or order made by any of the officers provided for in § 150.096, shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.

   (I)   The doing of any act prohibited by § 150.097, or the failure to do any act required therein, shall be an offense and upon conviction thereof, the offender shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code. Each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
