§ 114.01 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   An application for a city license shall be obtained from the Police Department of the city; and after completion shall be filed in duplicate with the City Clerk/Treasurer.

§ 114.02 CONVICTED FELONS PROHBITED.
   No employee, owner, or agent, shall have been convicted of any felony.

§ 114.03 PERMIT REQUIRED TO CARRY WEAPON.
   No employee, owner, or agent shall be allowed to carry a concealed deadly weapon, without a valid state permit.

§ 114.04 ACTIVITIES TO BE REPORTED TO POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   Any activities conducted by any private detective, investigator or security guard shall be reported to the Police Department of the city prior to the conducting of any business within the city, and all involved individuals shall have their identity reported to the City Clerk/Treasurer prior to the conducting of any business within the city.

§ 114.05 CASES OPEN OR PENDING BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY.
   No private detective, investigator or security guard shall perform any duties involving any case which is currently open or pending by any law enforcement agency without prior written approval.

§ 114.06 IDENTIFICATION CARD TO BE CARRIED; CONTENTS.
   Each person performing any duties as a private detective, investigator or security guard shall be required to carry upon their person, while working, a personal identification card which shall contain:
   (A)   Name;
   (B)   Address;
   (C)   Date of birth;
   (D)   Company name;
   (E)   Company position;
   (F)   Recent photo and right thumb print;
   (G)   Issued date of identification card and expiration date; and
   (H)   Signature of owner or president of company.

§ 114.07 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   A license required herein may be revoked by the City Council any time a violation of any state, federal, county or city law or ordinance occurs or upon failure of the license holder to comply with any terms of the license.
