§ 114.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or association who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be subject to revocation of its license and/or a civil fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense. This fine shall be payable to the City Clerk-Treasurer.
