(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of §§ 151.01 through 151.07 or any legal order or regulation made pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine as set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
