§ 151.07 SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE.
   The owner or other person in charge of real property which adjoins a sidewalk or sidewalk area shall keep the adjoining sidewalk or sidewalk area in good condition and safe for pedestrian use; and it is unlawful for such owner or person in charge to fail to do so.
