Applicants for special events that will occur multiple times within a range of dates, such as a pedal pub motorized bus or a tour train, must sign an agreement covering the conditions that apply to every occurrence within that authorized range of dates. If the event cannot comply with the conditions of the agreement, it is not authorized to occur. The agreement shall be entered in compliance with all provisions of this code. (Ord. 3309, 5-8-2023)
