A. At the discretion of the City Manager, a multi-year agreement may be authorized when a parade, special event, tour, or vendor permit is likely to be requested/occur for every year and there are no material changes anticipated for the event/permit from year to year.
B. Agreements may be implemented for a term not to exceed five (5) years if no material changes occur from year to year to the event that is the subject of the agreement during the term of the Agreement.
C. The applicant shall update non-material information and shall submit a permit fee from year to year, prior to the first day of the event.
D. If material changes to the special event occur, the applicant must reapply for a special event permit, and the agreement is void.
E. Failure to update the provisions of an agreement for a special event could result in revocation and immediate closure of a special event.
F. Failure to remit payment for each year of a multi-year agreement could result in revocation of a permit to conduct a special event and immediate closure of a special event. (Ord. 3309, 5-8-2023)
