9-1-4: VEHICLES:

No vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating or gross combination weight rating, or gross combination weight of fourteen thousand (14,000) (exceeds Class 4) or more are permitted in conjunction with a parade, special event, tour, or vendor permit, unless such vehicle is separately permitted through the Transportation Systems Department.
