A. This chapter is subject to, but not limited by, state and federal laws presently in effect. Montana law is presently title 10, chapter 3, Montana Code Annotated, as amended. Federal law is presently PL 82-920, PL 93-288, and PL 94-361.
B. All of the rights, powers, privileges, priorities, and protections embodied in said state and federal laws, enacted now or hereafter, may enlarge, expand, supplement, complement, amend, or explain this chapter, but in no event shall they limit the specific provisions of this chapter.
