11-41-1: APPLICATION:
   A.   The provisions of this chapter apply to all structures that are located within the wildland-urban interface district.
   B.   The wildland-urban interface district encompasses the corporate limits of the city of Helena and overlays all other zoning districts established by this title. The requirements of this chapter are in addition to those of other zoning districts in which structures are located. (Ord. 3093, 1-28-2008)
