2-5-7: FIRE PROTECTION OUTSIDE CITY:
Any village, governmental subdivision, unincorporated fire district, institution of educational, philanthropic, or eleemosynary nature, private corporation, or individual, located outside of the city limits, desiring the city to furnish them with fire protection may make application to the city commission for that purpose. The application must set forth the corporate limits, boundaries or legal description of the property to be protected in relation to the city limits, and a statement of the total assessed valuation of said real and personal property as shown in the records of Lewis and Clark County as of the date of application, and annually thereafter.
