11-22-3: MINIMUM NUMBER OF OFF STREET PARKING SPACES REQUIRED:
   A.   The minimum number of off-street parking spaces required for each land use, unless parking reductions are allowed, is shown below, except that parking requirements for land uses in the Downtown and Transitional Residential Districts are regulated as provided for in Chapter 9 of this Title. All calculations are rounded up to the nearest whole number.
