2-5-4: OBEYING LAWFUL COMMANDS:
The operations of the fire department in connection with extinguishing any fire or other emergency may not be obstructed. Lawful commands of the fire chief or officer of the fire department in charge at such a scene, or any part thereof, or any police officer assisting the fire department, must be obeyed. (Ord. 2910, 6-4-2001)
