11-6-4: NONCONFORMING USE LIMITATIONS:
A nonconforming use may be continued at its location, provided that:
   A.   It is not enlarged, increased, or extended to occupy a greater area of land than was occupied at the effective date of adoption or amendment of this title.
   B.   It is not abandoned pursuant to section 11-6-8 of this chapter. (Ord. 3097, 4-7-2008)
