2-3-8: PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT:

The Public Works department includes such divisions as may from time to time be delegated to it by the city manager, including, but not limited to, the following:

   A.   City Engineer;

   B.   Solid Waste;

   C.   Utility Systems Maintenance;

   D.   Water Treatment; and

   E.   Wastewater Treatment.
