10-4-3: VIOLATION AND CIVIL PENALTY:

It shall be unlawful to install or operate any lighting fixture in violation of this title. Any violation of any provision of this title may be treated as a municipal infraction punishable by a civil penalty of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each violation and other alternative relief from the court as provided by law. Each day the infraction exists constitutes a separate violation. (Ord. 2889, 1-24-2000)

10-4-4: SEVERABILITY:

If any provision of this title or the application thereof is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or applications of this title, and the provisions of this title are declared to be severable. (Ord. 2889, 1-24-2000)
