2-3-6: PARKS, RECREATION, AND OPEN LANDS DEPARTMENT:

The Parks, Recreation, and Open Lands department includes such divisions as may from time to time be delegated to it by the city manager, including, but not limited to, the following:

A. Parks and Recreation;

B. Open Lands;

C. Golf Course; and

D. Civic Center.
