2-3-3: FINANCE DEPARTMENT:

The Finance department includes such divisions as may from time to time be delegated to it by the city manager, including, but not limited to, the following:

   A.   Budget and Finance;

   B.   Payment Services;

   C.   Accounting;

   D.   Public Finance and Debt Management;

   E.   Grant Administration and Contracts.
