The following definitions shall be applicable to any section of this code unless the content of any section makes such definition inapplicable thereto:
NOTICE OR PUBLIC NOTICE: Unless otherwise specifically defined in a particular context, this shall be satisfied by publishing pursuant to Montana Code Annotated section 7-1-4127.
OFFICER: Shall include officers, boards, and members of such boards. The words "city" or "clerk", or other such titles shall mean the "city of Helena, Montana", or "clerk of the commission", or other city officer as to which the use may be applicable.
PERSON: Shall be deemed to include any individual, firm, association, corporation or any organization of any kind.
All other terms, unless specifically defined, shall be given their ordinary meaning. (Ord. 2905, 2-26-2001)
