The removal of abandoned vehicles parked on City streets shall be handled pursuant to subsection 8-11-1D of this Code and title 61, chapter 12, part 4 of Montana Code Annotated. Junk vehicles shall be handled pursuant to section 75-10-501 et seq., Montana Code Annotated. Junk vehicles, as defined by State law, located on the property will be handled pursuant to State law and are not subject to this chapter. (Ord. 3227, 5-8-2017)
