The purpose of this chapter is to recognize the value of city trees and boulevard landscaping as an important part of the community's infrastructure by managing and promoting responsible care of community trees using best management practices to sustain a vibrant, healthy, and safe community forest resource for the benefit of Helena's residents, visitors, and ecosystem.
