7-9-1: SHORT TITLE:

This chapter may be cited as the CITY OF HELENA MALL CHAPTER. Its provisions apply to that portion of Last Chance Gulch between 6th Avenue and Broadway and from Broadway south to the terminus of the mall at the Federal Building; to that portion of Grand Street between Last Chance Gulch and Jackson Street. (Ord. 2295, 2-28-1983)
