6-6-19: APPLICABILITY TO GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES:

All governmental entities are required to submit a drainage plan and comply with the terms of this chapter when developing or improving land including, but not limited to, road construction and reconstruction and other improvements that can affect stormwater runoff within the city.
