A. Prior to putting a business or private person in service, a private alarm monitoring agency must have a copy of the valid permit issued on behalf of the business or person to be monitored. No monitoring service shall be allowed without receipt of said permit.
B. A private alarm monitoring agency must provide a current list of all alarms being monitored by the agency, including the contact person(s) for each business or person being monitored, to the city finance department on or before July 1 of each year. Failure to provide such list may result in the revocation of the permits for any business or person not listed. (Ord. 2759, 12-11-1995)
