5-11-13: ALARM TELEPHONE DEVICES:
It shall be unlawful for any person to use or cause to be used any electrical or mechanical device or attachment to a telephone that automatically reports a taped or otherwise recorded message to report a police, sheriff or fire emergency to the center. (Ord. 2371, 7-29-1985)
