5-6-5: DEFINITION:

"Snowmobile" when used in this chapter includes any self- propelled vehicle designed primarily for travel on snow or ice or natural terrain, which may be steered by wheels, skis, or runners or which is registered as such under the laws of the state of Montana. (1979 Code)
