It shall be unlawful for any person to drive, or operate any snowmobile upon a public street or highway in any one or more of the following manners:
A. At a rate of speed greater than provided by law for motor vehicles;
B. While under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotics or habit forming drugs;
C. In a careless or reckless manner so as to endanger the person or property of another or to cause injury or damage to either;
D. Without a lighted head and tail light;
E. Operating a snowmobile or permitting such operation by any person who by reason of age or physical of mental disability is incapable of operating the snowmobile as required for safety under the prevailing circumstances. (1979 Code)
