5-6-3: LICENSE REQUIRED:

No person shall operate a snowmobile on a public street or alley when permitted to do so by section 5-6-1 of this chapter unless he shall have in his possession a license to drive a motor vehicle as required by the laws of the state of Montana. (1979 Code)
