3-14-20: VIOLATION AND NOTICE:

Any development, new construction, substantial improvement, or alteration that is not in compliance with this chapter is a violation and punishable as provided in this chapter. The department must bring any violation of these regulations to the attention of the city attorney and the DNRC. (Ord. 3159, 8-20-2012)
