3-14-8: ABROGATION AND GREATER RESPONSIBILITY:

It is not intended by this chapter to repeal, abrogate, or impair any existing easements, covenants, deed restrictions, or underlying zoning. However, where this chapter imposes greater restrictions, the provisions of this chapter prevail. (Ord. 3159, 8-20-2012)
