3-14-1: TITLE:

This chapter is known and cited as the CITY OF HELENA, MONTANA, FLOODPLAIN ORDINANCE. This chapter is in accordance with and exercising the authority of the laws of the state of Montana, chapter 5, floodplain and floodway management, 76-5-101 through 76-5-406, Montana Code Annotated 2009.
