7-13-43: COORDINATION OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES:
   All telecommunications providers are required to cooperate with the city and with each other in coordination of construction activities. The transportation systems director shall coordinate all construction locations, activities, and schedules to minimize public inconvenience, disruption, or damage to the public ways.
