All persons operating a utility vehicle or golf cart on Village streets must comply with the following requirements:
(A) Have proof of current liability insurance;
(B) Have the vehicle certified with the Village by inspection by the Village Clerk, or designated representative;
(C) Comply with the published “Rules Concerning Alternate Transportation for the Village of Hecker” as stated in Section 24-8-4 and as periodically updated;
(D) Display Village decal on the rear of the vehicle;
(E) Be sixteen (16) years of age and hold a current valid Illinois driver’s license.
