§ 51.022 TAP-ON OR CONNECTION FEES.

   (A)   The fees to be charged as tap-on or connection fees are as follows:

      (1)   Water tap-on or connection fees and sewer tap-on or connection fees shall be levied and collected on all sized water lines at the rates as established from time to time by the Board of Commissioners. The schedules of water tap-on or connection fees shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk and shall be available for public inspection during the business office hours of the City.

      (2)   All tap-on and connection fees related to the subject property shall be paid to the City before the City issues a building permit for the associated improvements on the property, and for the purpose of this section, tap-on or connection fees shall be determined by the date of the payment to the City thereof.

   (B)   The schedules as established by the Board of Commissioners pursuant to §§ 51.020 and 51.022 are adopted as a part of this chapter as if fully set out herein.
