§ 96.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   General penalty. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Parks and pools.

      (1)   Any person violating any of the provisions and regulations of §§ 96.01 through 96.14 of this chapter shall be assessed a civil penalty as set forth in § 32.07 of this code for each violation.

      (2)   Any person or groups of persons who shall commit a violation of any provision of § 96.07(B) of this chapter shall have imposed upon them a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $500. Each and every incident or commission by a person or groups of persons or causing of said commission shall constitute an individual violation.

   (C)   Blackford High School Trail. A violation of any of the provisions of § 96.25 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine in the sum of $50 for a first violation and $100 for each additional violation. Each day any violation of § 96.25 of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
