§ 96.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires a different meaning.
   BOARD. The Board of Parks and Recreation of the city.
   PARK. Any land owned or controlled by the Board of Parks and Recreation of the city.
   PERSON. Includes persons and corporations.
