§ 51.20 ORIGINAL SERVICE CONNECTION.
   (A)   Upon receipt of a written request from a proposed customer, the Water Department will locate the point to which the service connection will be available and will furnish and run service pipe either to the curb line, the inside line of the sidewalk or the customer’s property line, whichever will provide the most convenient, safe and satisfactory location for the curb stop, service box and meter in the judgment of the Water Department.
   (B)   The original service connection shall not be made until the customer has paid in full the tap-in fee as set forth in § 51.38 of this chapter and also the deposit as set forth in § 51.37 of this chapter.
   (C)   No original service connection shall be made where pipes are, or will be, constructed to carry water from a lot or plot of ground wherein the connection is made to another lot or plot of ground, and in the future, each lot or plot of ground shall have its own separate original service connection.
