(A) General penalty. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Entering or manipulating Water Utility mechanisms. A violation of § 51.36(B)(1)(d) of this chapter shall result in a fine of $100 per violation plus the actual and potential cost of damages to the mechanisms so manipulated. Water service shall be withheld at the site of the offense until all fines and costs are satisfactorily paid.
