A. Removal Of Snow And Ice Required: Every person who may own, lease or occupy any building within the corporate limits of the city which abuts on any street of the city and has a sidewalk in front of said building, shall clean the same of any snow, slush, ice or other refuse within ten (10) hours after any storm that may take place.
B. Failure To Remove Snow Or Ice: Any person who neglects to comply with the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of an offense, and upon conviction shall be fined as provided in the general penalty in section 1-3-1 of this code. (2004 Code)
