6-2-2: OBJECTIONS:
Any person claiming to be injured by such vacation shall, at or before the time fixed for such hearing, file, in writing and with the city clerk, his objections thereto setting forth the grounds of such objections, describing the property which he claims will be injured by such vacation, and setting forth the nature and extent of such injury and the amount of damages claimed; and such person failing to so file such objections shall be deemed to have waived all claims for damages for or on account of such vacation.
