6-1-10: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in the general penalty in section 1-3-1 of this code. (1983 Code § 12.04.170)
