6-1-9: LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES:
In addition to any fine or other penalty which may be incurred as a result of the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, and whether or not criminal charges shall be brought with regard to any such violation and without regard to the determination of guilt or innocence if any such charges are pressed, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be civilly liable to the city for all damages incurred as a result of such violation, including damages to streets, sidewalks and utility lines, and any other property of the city.
