6-1-6: TREES OVERHANGING PUBLIC WAYS:
All shade trees, including fruit bearing trees, located within the boundaries of a dedicated street or alley, shall have all foliage, including leaves and branches, trimmed up to a point seven feet (7') above the level of the sidewalk under or near said trees, and if there is no sidewalk, to a point fourteen feet (14') above the average level of the traveled roadway opposite said trees.
